Projects range from small-scale developments to major infrastructure programmes, where you will be responsible for flood risk assessments, drainage strategies, modelling and environmental water studies to support planning applications. The role spans the full project lifecycle, from defining client briefs through to delivery and close-out, with opportunities to take on project management responsibilities and contribute to business development. You will play a key role in shaping development outcomes by delivering robust, policy-compliant and sustainable flood risk solutions that support clients in navigating the planning process while ensuring environmental and regulatory requirements are met. Through technical leadership and mentoring, you will strengthen team capability and contribute to high-quality project delivery across the UK.
