As part of one of the largest multi-disciplinary water and wastewater infrastructure teams in the UK, you will lead hydraulic modelling frameworks for a leading UK Water Company. This role offers the opportunity to work on storm overflow discharge reduction plans, flood alleviation, and environmental solution development projects. You will lead model build, maintenance, and verification, develop wastewater catchment strategies, and ensure quality and compliance with standards. You will also drive continuous improvement in project delivery, support project managers, contribute to tender responses and fee estimates, and supervise and develop staff. You will be part of a collaborative, innovative team focused on sustainable water management and infrastructure solutions, with strong support for personal development and career progression.

Experience
- Proven track record in coordinating and delivering technically excellent projects within the UK Water Industry.
- Expertise in hydraulic modelling, catchment planning, and solution development.
- Experience using InfoWorks ICM and ICM Exchange.
- Ability to review others’ work to provide quality assurance and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience with MS 365 applications; knowledge of PowerBI and SharePoint is advantageous.
- Experience with software such as FME, Optimatics, Ruby (or similar) is desirable.

Qualifications
- Relevant degree or vocational qualification.
- Chartered status with a relevant professional institution (e.g., ICE or CIWEM) is advantageous.
