About the Role

You will be part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment delivering drainage design, SuDS, surface water management, and hydraulic modelling projects for a wide range of clients including water companies, local authorities, and developers across the UK and internationally. This is an exciting opportunity to lead hydraulic modelling frameworks with a leading UK Water Company, supporting storm overflow discharge reduction plans, flood alleviation, and environmental solution development projects.
You will be responsible for the quality and compliance of outputs, supporting project managers in managing projects and programmes, developing tender responses and fee estimates, and supervising and mentoring staff to support their professional growth. You will also contribute to technical innovation within the team.

Experience
- Proven track record in coordinating and delivering technically excellent projects within the UK Water Industry.
- Expertise in hydraulic modelling, catchment planning, and solution development.
- Proficient in using InfoWorks ICM and ICM Exchange.
- Experience supporting and managing projects and programmes of work.
- Ability to provide quality assurance by checking the work of others and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, environmental science, or related disciplines are expected.
