About the Role
Join AtkinsRéalis and contribute to making the world’s outlook brighter and healthier by working within one of the largest UK multi-disciplinary water and wastewater infrastructure teams. You will lead hydraulic modelling frameworks for a leading UK Water Company, focusing on wastewater catchment strategies, storm overflow discharge reduction, flood alleviation, and environmental solution development projects. Your responsibilities will include model build, maintenance, verification, and ensuring quality and compliance with standards. You will drive continuous improvement in project delivery, support project managers, contribute to tender responses and fee estimates, and supervise and develop staff. Requirements

Experience
Proven track record in coordinating and delivering technically excellent hydraulic modelling projects within the UK Water Industry. Expertise in using InfoWorks ICM and ICM Exchange. Experience in hydraulic modelling, catchment planning, and solution development. Ability to review and quality assure the work of others and drive continuous improvement.

About you
Strong understanding of UK Water Industry and regulatory issues. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Proficient in MS 365 applications, with knowledge of PowerBI and SharePoint. Experience with software such as FME, Optimatics, Ruby (or similar) is advantageous. Demonstrates leadership skills with the ability to manage projects and support project managers. Committed to innovation and continuous professional development.

Qualifications
Relevant degree or vocational qualification in a related discipline. Chartered status with a relevant professional institution (e.g., ICE or CIWEM) is advantageous.
