About the Role

As a Principal Landscape Architect within the UK&I Landscape Architecture team, you will lead major regional and global projects including regeneration, energy transition, and infrastructure schemes. You will work on projects ranging from Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects to local scale developments, collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams to influence design from early stages and create lasting landscape legacies. This role offers the opportunity to support progress towards net zero while delivering wider environmental and social benefits. You will be involved in site surveys and analysis, producing and overseeing technical reports and drawings, managing client relationships, and leading meetings and workshops. Experience
Proven technical expertise in preparing Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIAs), Townscape and Visual Impact Assessments (TVIAs), and evidence-base documents following best practice. Strong knowledge of the UK planning system as it relates to landscape architecture. Experience in project management including financial control, reporting, and programme management with the ability to manage budgets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Competency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Cloud software is preferred. Experience with ArcGIS, AutoCAD Civils 3D, Revit, LSS or ProjectWise is advantageous.

Qualifications
Landscape Institute accredited Bachelor’s degree, Diploma and/or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture. Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI). Full UK driving licence to access remote sites.
