38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus standby rota payments and overtime opportunities upon completion of essential company training

About the Role
We have a great opportunity for a Process Technician to join our team at Esher Sewage Treatment Works. No prior experience in the waste or water industry is required; we welcome applications from candidates outside the sector who can bring fresh perspectives and ideas. This is an essential front-line role critical to the operation of the business. Every day is different as you will work in all weather conditions carrying out a range of tasks across multiple sites to ensure the essential functions of our sewage treatment works operate effectively to maintain supply to customers and protect the environment.

Your responsibilities will include carrying out scheduled planned maintenance on plant and equipment in compliance with company standards and procedures to improve plant resilience, operating and cleaning plant and equipment to maintain operational and health and safety standards, attending reactive jobs following plant and equipment failure, keeping sites clean and tidy, undertaking safety and security checks, and performing daily site checks to ensure compliant operation.

All necessary PPE, tools, a company van, and a fuel card will be provided. This role requires a full UK driving licence due to the nature of the work.

Experience
