About the Role

We are seeking confident, personable, and results-driven Field Sales Representatives to join our growing team. You’ll play a vital role in helping homeowners and tenants access free, government-funded energy efficiency upgrades – from boilers and heat pumps to insulation – while contributing to a warmer, more sustainable future.
This is a full-time employed position with excellent earning potential, perfect for motivated individuals who thrive on meeting new people, building trust, and making a real difference.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach
- Explain how government-funded energy efficiency schemes work
- Qualify households and book appointments for surveys
- Work towards weekly targets and report progress to your team lead
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and people skills
Confidence in face-to-face conversations
Self-motivated and target-driven
Previous sales, door-to-door, or customer-facing experience (preferred, not essential)
Full UK driving licence & access to a car (preferred – mileage reimbursed)
No specific qualifications required – your attitude, people skills, and drive are what matter most.
What You’ll Get
£13.85 per hour (London Living Wage) + commission
Typical earnings: £35,000–£50,000+ per year
