Job Responsibilities
Project Involvement: Lead design and delivery of landscape projects, present design concepts, and support project management including financial and programme responsibilities.
Team Development: Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and collaborators to support business development.
Technical Excellence: Prepare designs from feasibility through construction information, support contract administration, and produce detailed reports and technical documentation.
Collaboration: Work iteratively within multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive and integrated design solutions.
Experience
Recent Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or candidates preparing for professional exams.
Proven experience designing public realm schemes and complex multidisciplinary projects.
Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.
Experience in project management including financial control, reporting, and programme management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Revit and/or Civil 3D is highly desirable.
Skilled in preparing clear graphics, technical reports, and construction documentation.
Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.

Qualifications
