Additional responsibilities include delivering assessment certification schemes such as BREEAM and DREAM, with LEED and WELL experience considered advantageous, conducting sustainability appraisals like SAW and SEEAM, supporting project management and programming, contributing to bid and tender responses, and mentoring junior staff to enhance team capability.
