About the Role

As a Senior Wastewater Hydraulic Modeller, you will be part of a collaborative and diverse team delivering water and wastewater infrastructure services, drainage design, SuDS, and surface water management across the UK and internationally. You will lead one of our hydraulic modelling frameworks with a leading UK Water Company, supporting projects such as Storm Overflows Discharge Reduction Plans, flood alleviation, and environmental solution development. Your responsibilities will include developing wastewater catchment strategies, ensuring quality and compliance with standards, managing projects and programmes, supporting tender responses and fee estimates, and mentoring staff to support their professional growth. Additional Information
This role may require security clearance, dependent on the level required by the project. Experience
Proven track record in coordinating and delivering technically excellent projects within the UK Water Industry. Expertise in hydraulic modelling, catchment planning, and solution development. Strong knowledge of InfoWorks ICM and ICM Exchange software. Experience in quality assurance and driving continuous improvement in project deliverables.

Understanding of UK Water Industry regulatory issues. Ability to manage or support project managers and lead projects and programmes of work. Strong leadership skills with experience supervising and developing staff. Passionate about technical innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in engineering, environmental science, or related disciplines are expected. Commitment to ongoing professional development and willingness to engage with enhanced training courses provided by the company.
