We are seeking a Senior Wastewater Hydraulic Modeller to lead a hydraulic modelling framework with a leading UK Water Company. You will support and lead projects such as Storm Overflows Discharge Reduction Plans, flood alleviation, and environmental solution development. Your responsibilities will include ensuring quality and compliance with standards, managing or supporting project managers, developing tender responses and fee estimates, supervising and mentoring staff, and contributing to technical innovation.

Experience
Proven track record in coordinating and delivering technically excellent projects within the UK Water Industry. Expertise in hydraulic modelling, catchment planning, and solution development. Strong knowledge of InfoWorks ICM and ICM Exchange software. Experience in quality assurance and driving continuous improvement in project deliverables.

Understanding of UK Water Industry regulatory issues. Ability to manage projects and programmes of work, support project managers, and supervise staff. Enthusiastic about technical innovation and professional development. Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor and guide colleagues.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications and experience in hydraulic modelling or related disciplines are expected. Security clearance may be required for this role, with vetting conducted by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV). Candidates may need to provide proof of UK residency for 5 years or longer.
