About the Role
When you see the world as we do, you see the chance to help the world take better care of its resources and help it become a better place for everyone. As a Technical Stock Assistant you’ll be pushing for innovative solutions to create a more sustainable future for all. You will support the day-to-day running of the ERF stores, helping keep materials organised and available. You will help ensure maintenance and operations teams have the stock they need to carry out their work. Your responsibilities will include receiving and checking deliveries, making sure goods are recorded and stored correctly, issuing, returning and ordering stock, and following up delayed orders with suppliers. You will allocate materials to work orders and help maintain accurate stock records. Assisting with planned stocktakes and external audits, investigating and resolving any discrepancies, liaising with colleagues, suppliers and contractors to coordinate stores activities, and keeping the main stores and other storage areas clean, tidy and safe will also be part of your role. You will follow company procedures and health, safety, quality and environmental requirements to ensure compliance and safety at all times.
