About the Role

We are looking for a committed 7.5 T Driver Team Leader to help bring our ambition of Ecological Transformation to life. In this role, you will ensure contractual obligations are met on time, manage priority routes, and assist your Manager with daily vehicle and equipment checks. You will oversee staff attendance, distribute daily worksheets and route maps, and ensure completion of daily log sheets. Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe depot environment is essential. You may deputise for your Manager when required, supporting operational tasks and contract monitoring surveys. Occasionally, you may be asked to perform other duties not listed in this description. Experience
- Valid 7.5T Licence / C1 Licence
- Valid CPC and Tacho Card
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Local geographical knowledge
- Experience using waste management systems, including Echo
- Experience working with local authority clients
- Good IT skills

- Effective communication skills
- Prior experience within waste management is desirable
