Hours
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (working 1 in 6 weekends)

£45,000 per annum, plus annual performance bonus and Veolia benefits

About the Role

We are looking for a committed Service Delivery Manager to lead and inspire a large operational workforce including Operatives, Drivers, Team Leaders, and Equipment teams. You will ensure operations run smoothly and in line with Veolia Minimum Requirements, supporting continuous improvement plans.

Your role will involve organising resources effectively, prioritising the well-being of our people and service to customers and communities. You will ensure training and competency checks are in place, monitor operational performance, resolve complaints, and foster a first-time collection culture while meeting all contractual KPIs.

Building strong day-to-day relationships with client officers and residents based on trust and service delivery will be key. You will also investigate safety incidents, underperformance, and disciplinary matters to maintain high standards.

Experience
- Team leadership and management of large operative workforces.
- Multi-faceted stakeholder relationship management including clients, contractors, and members.

About you
- Proven ability to develop and mentor people.
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
- Committed to delivering excellent service and fostering a positive team environment.

Qualifications
- IOSH Managing Safely qualification is desirable.
- Management experience within Waste, Transport, Highways, Cleaning, or Facilities Management industries is advantageous.
