About the Role

As a Digital Transformation Officer, you'll work across Customer Sites using advanced data and technology to reduce the administrative burden on operational teams by automating back-office systems. You will collaborate with on-site operations teams to improve data quality and usage to meet operational and client requirements.
You will help rethink back-office processes to eliminate unnecessary paper and administrative tasks, support project rollouts, and work closely with operational teams to ensure data and reporting are effectively used to improve service efficiency and performance. Responsibilities include creating monthly reports using PowerBI, maintaining operational data to the highest standard, optimising efficiency through the latest technology, supporting the implementation of digital training strategies, and delivering product roadmaps with the central operational systems team.

Experience
Practical understanding of Power BI, Excel, SQL, and Google Workspace is required. Experience with GIS is an advantage. Solid relationship and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications
