About the Role
At Veolia, our drivers play a pivotal role in delivering essential services that help communities and protect the environment. As a 7.5 T Driver Team Leader, you will ensure contractual obligations are met efficiently and safely while leading your team to success. Your responsibilities will include overseeing priority routes, assisting with daily vehicle and equipment checks, managing staff attendance and task allocation, and maintaining clean and safe depots. You will also deputise for your Manager when required and assist with contract monitoring and reporting. Experience
- Valid 7.5T Licence / C1 Licence
- Valid CPC and Tacho Card
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Local geographical knowledge
- Experience using waste management systems including Echo
- Experience working with local authority clients
- Good IT skills

- Prior experience in waste management is desirable
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to maintaining high standards of safety and service
