About the Role
At Veolia, our drivers play a pivotal role in delivering essential services that help communities and protect the environment. As a 7.5 T Driver Team Leader, you will ensure contractual obligations are met efficiently and safely while leading your team to success. Your responsibilities will include managing daily routes, vehicle and equipment checks, and ensuring all staff understand their tasks clearly. You will assist your Manager with operational duties, deputise when required, and maintain a clean and safe depot environment. Experience
- Valid 7.5T Licence / C1 Licence
- Valid CPC and Tacho Card
- Experience managing and leading a team
- Local geographical knowledge
- Experience using waste management systems such as Echo
- Experience working with local authority clients
- Good IT skills

- Effective communication skills
- Prior experience within waste management is desirable
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team
