This Apprentice Decorator role offers hands on learning alongside experienced decorators. You will support internal and external decorating works while developing core skills in preparation, painting, and finishing.

Section 106 Eligibility
This role is funded through a Section 106 planning obligation and is only open to applicants who live within the following postcode areas: DA1, DA5, DA6, DA7, DA8, DA14, DA15, DA16, DA17, DA18, SE2, SE28, and SE9.

What You Will Do

• Assist with painting and decorating tasks
• Prepare surfaces including filling and sanding
• Learn to measure, cut, and hang wallpaper
• Maintain clean and tidy work areas
• Work safely as part of a team

Essential
• Resident within the following postcode areas: DA1, DA5, DA6, DA7, DA8, DA14, DA15, DA16, DA17, DA18, SE2, SE28, and SE9.
• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4–9 or Functional Skills
• Valid CSCS card
• Willingness to learn and work on site

• Pay: £7.55 per hour (apprentice rate)
• Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
