Are you a London resident looking to start a long term career in construction logistics and traffic management while earning recognised qualifications?

This Lead Traffic Management Operative Apprentice opportunity offers structured training, hands on site experience and nationally recognised certifications over an 18 month programme.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and implement temporary traffic management systems on live construction sites
• Support safe vehicle and pedestrian movement across site
• Organise traffic teams and follow project traffic management plans
• Liaise with drivers, fleet teams and logistics managers
• Ensure site access is controlled and unauthorised vehicles do not enter
• Conduct inspections and maintenance of traffic management equipment
• Monitor compliance with site speed limits and safety procedures
• Carry out risk assessments and respond to incidents or emergencies
• Maintain accurate digital and paper based records
• Protect members of the public and third party road users

What You’ll Gain

• CPCS Traffic Marshal Ticket A73
• CPCS Forklift A17C
• Experience on major London construction projects

What We’re Looking For
• Genuine interest in logistics, traffic management or construction
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures
• Reliable and organised approach
• Full UK Driving Licence essential
