Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and professional Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to support housing and retrofit projects in Wythenshawe, Greater Manchester. This is a mixed site and office-based role where you will act as the main point of contact between residents, clients, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents and clients
• Arrange and attend resident visits and appointments
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and a daily site diary
• Manage queries, complaints, and customer expectations professionally
• Work closely with the Project Lead and site teams
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and GDPR requirements
• Gather and report resident feedback

Essential Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Calm and professional approach when dealing with residents
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Location & Travel

• Based in Wythenshawe, Greater Manchester
• Travel within local housing neighbourhoods as required

Salary & Benefits

• £22,000 – £27,000 per annum (DOE)
• 22 days holiday + statutory leave
• 39.5 hours per week
