About the role

We are recruiting for a growing renewable energy installation business seeking a Project Support Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of renewable energy projects for domestic and commercial clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in renewable energy, project coordination, or construction support while contributing to climate action.

You’ll receive full training and ongoing support from an experienced Project Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers and site teams
• Provide project administration and document control
• Maintain drawings, survey notes, warranties, and compliance paperwork
• Support scheduling of engineers and site teams
• Raise purchase orders and manage supplier coordination
• Ensure health & safety documentation is complete before site start
• Coordinate material deliveries and resolve supply issues
• Provide customer updates and ensure a positive client experience
• Coordinate service and maintenance visits

What We’re Looking For

• Strong MS Office skills (Word & Excel essential)
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with customers and contractors
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proactive, can-do attitude
• Genuine interest in renewable energy and climate solutions
• Ability to learn new software systems quickly

Desirable

• Experience in project administration, construction, renewables, or operations support
• Knowledge of health & safety processes
• Experience coordinating engineers or site teams
