This Apprentice Landscaper role offers hands on site experience while working towards a recognised landscaping qualification. You will learn core landscaping skills including planting, paving, turfing, and working with specialist tools while supporting live site works.

Section 106 Eligibility
This role is funded through a Section 106 planning obligation and is only open to applicants who live within the following postcode areas: DA1, DA5, DA6, DA7, DA8, DA14, DA15, DA16, DA17, DA18, SE2, SE28, and SE9.

What You Will Do

• Learn basic landscaping techniques including planting, paving, and turfing
• Work with timber and landscaping materials
• Use and maintain tools and machinery safely
• Care for plants, soil, and landscaped areas
• Keep work areas clean, tidy, and safe
• Work both independently and as part of a team
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions

Essential
• Resident within the following postcode areas: DA1, DA5, DA6, DA7, DA8, DA14, DA15, DA16, DA17, DA18, SE2, SE28, and SE9.
• GCSEs at Grade 4 or above in Maths and English, or Functional Skills Level 1
• Valid CSCS card
• Willingness to learn and work outdoors

• Pay: £7.55 per hour (first year apprentice rate)
• Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
