About the Role
Kick-start your future as a Level 4 Assistant Project Manager Apprentice, supporting the UK’s largest water and wastewater provider. You’ll help deliver digital projects by learning how to plan, coordinate, and monitor activities that keep vital services running for millions of customers. Your responsibilities will include supporting the planning and scheduling of project activities, maintaining project documents, plans, RAID logs, and reports, tracking project progress, budgets, resources, and quality. You will join stakeholder meetings to share updates and capture actions, assist with identifying risks, opportunities, and mitigation plans, and work with cross-functional teams to keep workstreams on track. Additionally, you will learn how to set up, manage, and monitor project finances.
Training and Qualification
You will study with BPP Training, one of the UK’s leading Project Management training providers, through virtual weekly workshops. The qualification awarded is the Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship Standard, aligned with the Association for Project Management for Associate Membership. The apprenticeship duration is 24 months, starting September 2026.

Qualifications
- 5 GCSEs including Maths and English (grade 9-4 / A-C)
