About the Role
At Thames Water, we make a daily difference to 16 million customers by supplying 2.6 billion litres of water through 32,000 km of pipes, keeping taps flowing and toilets flushing. We believe every drop counts and so does every project. You will play a key role in delivering projects across our 25 sludge treatment centres where sewage sludge is treated to produce compliant products that can be recycled to land, as well as heat and electricity used to reduce external energy needs. Managing time, cost, quality, and regulatory performance commitments on these vital sites requires strong decision making and communication skills.
Working alongside the Senior Principal Sponsor and planners, you will engage closely with internal and external stakeholders, providing end-to-end support for planning and execution. You will ensure investment decisions align with long-term goals and business outcomes.

- Major project experience with significant political and stakeholder oversight
- Understanding of wastewater treatment and compliance, especially sludge treatment
