We partner with leading water clients and work on some of the largest, most iconic water projects in the industry. Within the High Wycombe, London, and Reading teams, you will support clients delivering projects across Water and Wastewater treatment, Water and Wastewater networks, Storm Water overflows, and urban drainage. Our diverse pipeline spans the full project lifecycle from asset planning and strategy through concept, outline, and detailed design. We also collaborate with contractor partners on major Design and Build projects.
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for the civil engineering design of projects, working alongside project design leads to ensure successful delivery and outcomes. You will support the professional development of junior engineers and provide leadership within the civil engineering team. Our offices in High Wycombe, London, and Reading are all conveniently located within walking distance of train stations, supporting flexible commuting options.
Experience
Proven design experience within the UK water industry or related sectors. Demonstrated success in project delivery and working collaboratively within project teams. Experience in client-facing roles, leading client engagement and collaboration regularly.
About you
Passionate about the water and environment sector with a commitment to supporting the development of junior civil engineers. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Enthusiastic about delivering innovative, sustainable solutions that benefit communities and the environment.
Qualifications
Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a relevant subject. Ideally chartered or near chartered status with a relevant professional body such as ICE or CIWEM.
