Our comprehensive Graduate Programme offers hands-on experience working on strategic projects while developing essential personal and professional skills. You'll receive expert training from Veolia's People Development team through monthly sessions at our Kingswood (Cannock) office (travel required), giving you the confidence and capabilities to thrive in your future career.

During the programme, you will:
- Contribute to environmental and ecological initiatives such as transport efficiency, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and water conservation
- Assist in collecting and analysing data for sustainability reports using Power BI
- Shadow the implementation of people management processes and procedures in line with company policy
- Provide clear, transparent and accurate verbal and written reporting of business performance
- Shadow the implementation and management of operations against Veolia Minimum Requirements
- Help conduct research on trends, best practices, and regulations to support the development of sustainability strategies and action plans
- Stay informed about emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices
- Help deliver efficient and profitable solutions

Programme Duration: 2-year programme starting September 2026

Candidate shortlisting will take place during the week commencing 10th November 2025 to 17th November 2025, with assessment days between the week commencing 24th November 2025 and 1st December 2025.

Requirements

Qualifications
Degree-level qualification in Business Management or Environmental subject to be achieved by September 2026

Experience
Commitment to continuous learning and development

About you
Excellent communication and written skills
Full UK Driver's Licence
Willingness to travel to training locations and potentially relocate if required for rotational roles
Enthusiastic and motivated to contribute to sustainability and ecological transformation
Ability to work collaboratively within an inclusive culture
