Our comprehensive 2-year Graduate Programme, starting September 2026, offers hands-on experience working on strategic projects while developing essential personal and professional skills. You will receive expert training from Veolia's People Development team through monthly sessions at our Kingswood (Cannock) office (travel required), giving you the confidence and capabilities to thrive in your future career.

Key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to environmental and ecological initiatives such as transport efficiency, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and water conservation
- Assisting in collecting and analysing data for sustainability reports using Power BI
- Shadowing the implementation of people management processes and procedures in line with company policy
- Providing clear, transparent, and accurate verbal and written reporting of business performance
- Shadowing the implementation and management of operations against Veolia Minimum Requirements
- Conducting research on trends, best practices, and regulations to support the development of sustainability strategies and action plans
- Staying informed about emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices
- Helping to deliver efficient and profitable solutions
Candidate shortlisting will take place during the week commencing 10th November 2025, with assessment days between the weeks commencing 24th November and 1st December 2025.

Experience
Commitment to continuous learning and development. Willingness to travel to training locations and potentially relocate if required by rotational roles.
About you
Excellent communication and written skills. Enthusiastic about sustainability and ecological transformation. Ability to provide clear and accurate reporting. Willingness to travel as part of the role.
Full UK Driving Licence required.
Qualifications
Degree-level qualification in Business Management or Environmental subject to be achieved by September 2026.
