The Compliance Administrator will provide exceptional administration support, coordinating and prioritising tasks efficiently. This role requires a motivated and enthusiastic self-starter who can work confidently both independently and within a busy team environment. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be positive, proactive, enthusiastic, have a sense of humour, and enjoy working collaboratively.
Key Accountabilities
Administration Support
Accurately process various administration tasks including new applications and contact/company changes. Provide ad hoc administrative support to other departments as required.
Customer Service
Deliver excellent customer service via telephone and email. Develop a strong understanding of all operational activities within Valpak to confidently assist the Contact Centre with inbound and outbound calls.
Packaging, WEEE & Batteries Datarounds
Play a key role in Dataround processes including logging data forms, following up verification forms, and assisting with incoming member queries.
Quality Assurance
Promote and encourage high standards of administration within the team and company. Identify and implement process improvements where possible.
Auditing
Support other departments in auditing essential documentation required by regulations.
Health & Safety
Coordinate Area Safety and ISO Inspections with other departments and report Health & Safety statistics to the HR Director.
Key Areas
Ensure high accuracy of all member contact details and timely completion of administrative tasks. Develop a good understanding of Valpak’s wider services and their role within the business. Maintain a consistently high level of customer service and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Experience
An outstanding eye for detail with a drive to provide exceptional administration support. Customer focused with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage own workload effectively. Able to work well under pressure and quickly learn new skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment. IT literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Access.

Qualifications
Educated to a minimum of A Level or equivalent.
