As a Content Creator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Valpak’s digital presence and brand voice. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help develop a compelling content strategy and produce varied, high-quality content across multiple mediums including blogs, social media, campaigns, case studies, and video assets. Your work will strengthen Valpak’s position as a thought leader, enhance brand messaging, and generate high-quality leads.

Social Media
You will own Valpak’s social media channels, ensuring a consistent and varied strategy that includes business updates, service posts, industry insights, and news. Collaborating with the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will create social media posts supporting strategic campaigns and assist with targeted paid social ads. You will stay current with industry news to identify relevant content to share and produce live content from events and site visits where appropriate.

Written Content
Produce authoritative written content such as blogs, case studies, and white papers, ensuring SEO best practices. You will advise the business on upcoming content releases, coordinating with marketing, sales, and account managers to maximize reach. You will also repurpose written content into infographics, videos, and social posts to boost engagement and map content against the buyer journey with the Marketing Manager.

Visual Content
Collaborate with the design team, videographer, and wider Valpak team to create engaging visual content including videos, social media imagery, and print/digital ads. Attend industry events to capture imagery for social media and produce post-event wrap-ups.

Strategic Email and Webinar Content
Support strategic email marketing campaigns by producing engaging copy and assets that drive leads and ROI. Assist departments in creating on-brand webinar content and manage marketing aspects of webinars including promotion and follow-up communications. Maintain up-to-date and accurate content on the company intranet for all colleagues.

Experience
Proven experience within a marketing role or prior knowledge of the Environmental Compliance sector is required.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Knowledge of CRM and CMS applications.
- Experience with Adobe Suite design packages is desirable.
