We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Onboarding Consultant to manage the onboarding process for all data management services including Packaging, WEEE, Batteries, and Plastic Tax. You will ensure clients are efficiently and accurately onboarded into EPIC, providing an excellent customer experience with a focus on UK regulations and services.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of Valpak’s data processes and close collaboration with Account Managers. Responsibilities include communicating with accounts to gather necessary data, setting up data tools and DSF rules, completing EPIC processes, and handing over submissions to Account Managers once overseas compliance schemes are set up.

Key Accountabilities
- Complete onboarding within agreed timeframes and to a high level of accuracy to maximise recognisable revenue
- Develop and continually improve standard onboarding processes for EPIC
- Review contracts to ensure agreed scope of work is met
- Deliver excellent customer service by working closely with Account Managers and maintaining strong client relationships
- Communicate data requirements effectively to ensure high-quality data collection
- Accurately complete late submissions for Packaging and Plastic Tax using EPIC
- Collate all required environmental data, including weights information
- Provide useful data insights to support accounts in the verification process
- Collaborate internally with the Admin team on data progress for registrations
- Provide thorough data handover and methodologies to Account Managers post-onboarding
- Support the sales process as required

Requirements

Experience
Ideally at least one year of experience in a data management role with a strong understanding of EPIC processes.

Qualifications
Minimum: Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent.
Desirable: Educated to degree level or equivalent with previous operational data experience.
