Role Overview
Our client is a Bolton-based business working across four growing brands. The team works across innovative heating, solar and related technology products, with a practical, hands-on approach and strong focus on service, delivery and growth. We are recruiting for a Customer Support Executive which is a customer-facing role focused on speaking with existing clients, checking that orders have been received, making sure customers are happy, and helping maintain a high standard of service.
This is not a cold-calling role. It would suit someone confident on the phone, organised in their follow-up, and comfortable carrying out light research and spotting opportunities to support customers further.
The Role is part-time initially, starting at 16 hours per week as a trial. There is scope to move into full-time hours and take on greater responsibility over time for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
· Call existing customers to confirm they have received their products
· Check that customers are satisfied and answer basic queries
· Carry out light research ahead of or after customer conversations
· Keep accurate notes and records of conversations and follow-up actions
· Identify opportunities to introduce relevant products or services to existing customers or their wider businesses
· Support strong customer service across the business
Essential Requirements
· Strong attention to detail
· Good communication skills, especially over the phone
· Friendly, professional and confident manner
· Organised and reliable in following up tasks
· Comfortable speaking to customers and building rapport
· An interest in heating or related products would be useful
