The Opportunity

We are recruiting Labourer to work on a busy construction site in Southwark.

No previous experience is required. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in construction, gain hands-on experience, and work as part of a professional site team.

You will support day-to-day site operations, helping maintain a safe, clean, and productive working environment.

Please note: This role is open to Southwark residents only who are currently out of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support trades and site supervisors with general labouring duties
• Move materials and equipment safely across site
• Keep work areas clean, tidy, and organised
• Assist with deliveries and basic set-up tasks
• Follow instructions and site procedures
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times
