About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Business Performance Team managing the Westminster contract. You will work alongside ambitious, innovative, and highly motivated colleagues both as a team and independently. Your key responsibilities include producing analytical tools, reports, and Key Performance Indicators to continuously improve standards and service levels across stakeholder processes. You will engage in high-profile projects on multi-million pound contracts, gaining exposure to senior management.
You will analyse data from various business areas including Operations, GPS, Finance, HR, QHSE, and other management information systems. Innovative thinking is encouraged, with opportunities to present ideas to the Digital Transformation Manager and potentially lead your own projects.

Experience
Relevant experience in data analysis or a related field is desirable but not mandatory if you have the right skills and attitude.

About You
- Degree level education in a business, analytical, or mathematics subject, or equivalent relevant experience
- High proficiency in SQL and Excel, Google Sheets
- Knowledge of PowerBI and GIS is an advantage, with training provided
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think innovatively

Qualifications
Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant subject area is required.
