About the Role
Join one of the largest growing fleets in the UK, playing a pivotal role in delivering essential services to local communities. As a Driver/Loader, you will collect recycling, refuse, and green waste from domestic properties in Shrewsbury and surrounding areas. Your duties will include driving and loading, undertaking vehicle defect checks, complying with all traffic laws and legislation including load security and weight, and accurately recording work completed using an onboard tablet device. You will also report any collection issues, ensure the carriageway is left clean with any spillages cleared, and assist other collection crews as needed. Experience
Previous experience in a driving and loading role is advantageous but not essential.

You must be willing and capable of performing a mixed loading and driving role, demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic. A commitment to safety and excellent customer service is essential.

Qualifications
Valid Cat C (Class 2) driving licence
Driver CPC & Digi/Tachograph Card
