£41,000 - £43,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits

About the Role

As a Driver/Operative, you will be responsible for driving to planned collection locations and moving or emptying multiple commercial waste containers. You will ensure all information is accurately input into the onboard system and all paperwork is kept up to date and submitted daily. Daily vehicle checks must be completed as per the driver operator handbook. You will comply with all traffic laws and legislation, including weight restrictions, and ensure the carriageway is left clean with any spillages promptly cleared.

Experience
Essential: Class 2 (Category C) license, up to date CPC Digi / Tachograph Card
Desirable: Previous waste management experience

About you
Reliable and safety conscious with a commitment to complying with traffic laws and company procedures. Able to work effectively within a team and maintain high standards of cleanliness and care when operating vehicles and handling waste containers.

Qualifications
Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving license and current CPC Digi / Tachograph Card are essential for this role.
