About the Role
Join Forestry England, a passionate team dedicated to growing the nation’s forests for everyone. As an Estates Work Supervisor, you will help change the look and feel of our built estate by assisting the district building surveyor and estates department in delivering professional management of buildings, utilities and general estate services by the most efficient means possible. You will plan, specify and supervise a range of contracts to maintain, repair and improve the built estate and ensure statutory compliance. The role involves implementing and monitoring programmes of work to a high standard, ensuring compliance with legislation and Forestry England processes, policy and guidance. Experience
Experience in managing building maintenance, repair, and improvement contracts is essential. Proven ability to plan and supervise work programmes ensuring statutory compliance and high standards is required.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in building management, estates supervision or related disciplines are desirable. Candidates must have the ability to communicate accurately in spoken English.
