As Front Office Manager at Fraser Suites, you will direct and oversee the Front Office team to ensure guest satisfaction and safety. You will provide leadership and support to all team members, acting as the Management representative during your hours. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate customer service, handling customer feedback and guest requests, monitoring and developing team performance, and working closely with housekeeping and maintenance departments to enhance guest service and cross-department communication.

You will maintain a professional, high-quality, service-oriented environment and ensure compliance with company policies and security requirements. This role offers the opportunity to develop your leadership and communication skills while working within a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable guest experiences.

Proven experience in a similar Front Office Manager role with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
