About the Role
We are looking for a friendly, passionate, and energetic Receptionist to join the team at Malmaison. You will be the face of our hotel, delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring every guest experience is memorable. As the first and last person our guests see, you will set the tone for their visit and ensure everything goes above and beyond before they leave. If you have a natural hospitality charm and a passion for service, this role offers the opportunity to grow your career with Malmaison, including potential progression into a Supervisory position.

Experience
Previous hospitality or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential. Enthusiasm and a passion for delivering excellent guest service are key.
