About the Role
The Geosciences division within RSK Group Ltd, one of the UK's largest environmental consultancies, is seeking a Geo-Environmental Consultant to join their growing team in Derby. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team on a wide range of development projects, primarily across the East Midlands. You will provide expert environmental advice on surface water management and environmental incidents, produce environmental management plans including Pollution Prevention and Surface Water Management Plans for construction sites, and audit construction sites for compliance. You will advise clients on UK regulatory requirements, liaise with regulators such as the Environment Agency and Natural Resources Wales, and manage environmental incidents including fuel/oil spills, silt and effluent discharges. The role also involves delivering on-site training to clients on ecology, contamination, and waste management, producing quotations and tenders, and managing clients and projects.

Experience
Between 2 and 10 years minimum experience in the environmental sector. Proven ability to deliver projects within a multi-disciplinary consultancy environment. Experience working closely and confidently with clients and regulators. Demonstrated track record of managing time and resources effectively and within budget.

Qualifications
Full UK driving licence is required.
