About the Role
Travis Baker is recruiting a Graduate Geo-Environmental Engineer to join their team based in Halesowen. The Geo-environmental team provides consultancy and design services to a diverse range of external clients including engineers, house-builders, developers, and local authorities. Key responsibilities include participating in a variety of geo-environmental projects for both external clients and internal teams, assisting with ground investigations and desk studies, soil logging to current UK standards including laboratory scheduling, interpreting factual site investigation data, writing factual and interpretative geo-environmental reports, supervising remediation and earthworks projects (training provided), developing project management skills alongside experienced personnel, and travelling to other offices and sites within the UK as required.

Experience
Hold a 2:1 or 1st class honours degree in geology, geophysics, mining geology, or geosciences, or be predicted to achieve one in 2025. No prior professional experience required but a willingness to engage with demanding site work and technical interpretation is essential.
