About the Role
Are you passionate about using data to shape the future of transport? Join our growing Transport Planning and Transport Modelling Team at Stantec, where innovation meets impact. As a Graduate Transport Modeller, you will be part of an expanding team developing a wide range of transport models across the UK and beyond, driving technical innovation and delivery across strategic, mesoscopic, and microsimulation projects. You will work on exciting infrastructure and planning projects involving multiple transport modes including bus, rail, road, cycling, and active travel. Our team supports clients in local government, national agencies, and the private sector by delivering transport modelling evidence that underpins transport strategies, development planning, business cases, and infrastructure investment.
You will collaborate with colleagues across the UK and globally, using tools such as VISUM, VISSIM, SATURN, OpenPaths CUBE, GIS, Python, Power BI, and AI to develop, apply, analyse, and visualise transport model data, delivering tailored, data-driven insights.

Experience

About you
You hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Maths, Statistics, Data Science, Physics, Economics, or another highly numerate discipline. You are a curious, creative thinker passionate about solving real-world problems through data. You are:

Please note that graduates are expected to work in the office four days per week to ensure sufficient team interaction and support.

Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a numerate discipline such as Maths, Statistics, Data Science, Physics, or Economics.
