About the Role
This is an Expression of Interest to join Stantec as a Programme Manager within our Water sector. In this role, you will work closely with clients, applying your expertise in managing benefits, costs, and commercial aspects of programmes to ensure financial efficiency and value. You will oversee projects and programmes from inception to completion, driving successful delivery and operational success. Your responsibilities will include reporting performance metrics with accuracy and quality, fostering continuous learning and innovation, and leading collaborative improvement and change management initiatives. You will promote a culture of coaching, safety, accountability, and effective problem-solving. Additionally, you will conduct independent research and analysis to develop strategies, resolve conflicts, and prioritise solutions that align with project goals and stakeholder interests. Risk management and proactive negotiation will be key, as you assess risks, provide recommendations, and facilitate stakeholder engagement to support informed decision-making and empower your team.

Experience
Relevant experience as a programme manager, project manager, or PMO. Experience in the water sector is preferable but not essential. Senior applicants should demonstrate a track record of successfully leading and managing teams to achieve desired outcomes.

Qualifications
