About the Role
It’s an exciting time for Stantec's water teams, with a range of AMP 8 framework appointments and a major growth strategy for 2025 and beyond already underway. We have multiple opportunities for Urban Drainage Modellers to join our Northern teams based in Leeds, Manchester, and Warrington. Our teams are engaged on several high-profile frameworks including the United Utilities Design Development Partnership, where we help improve water and wastewater networks, and their Specialist Network Modelling Framework, focusing on developing, verifying, and maintaining hydraulic models. We also contribute to Yorkshire Water's Storm Overflow Alliance to develop sustainable solutions reducing stormwater overflows, and continue our 30-year partnership with Northumbrian Water through their Strategic Technical Partnership, supporting efficiency, net zero carbon, and nature-based solution goals.
As part of a multidisciplinary service, you will engage with projects from conception through delivery, driving innovation and excellence. The variety of work ensures development of a broad skillset, delivering projects that improve water quality, manage urban pollution, and support Stantec’s environmental commitments. You will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of 175 personnel across the UK and internationally, including clients and consultant/contractor partners. This role offers the chance to join an ambitious and innovative team working on specialist modelling frameworks and industry-leading projects.
