About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Heat Pump Manager to lead the delivery, coordination, and strategic development of our heat pump installation and service operations. This role involves overseeing end-to-end project delivery, managing technical teams, and working closely with stakeholders to support growth. You will manage and coordinate the design, installation, and commissioning of heat pump systems for clients, lead a team of engineers, installers, and coordinators ensuring high standards of technical delivery and customer service. You will provide technical support and guidance on heat pump system design, sizing, and performance, ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards, and develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Working closely with sales, procurement, and customer service teams, you will support smooth handovers and operational readiness. Staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and government schemes is essential. You will monitor and improve installation quality and efficiency through regular audits and process improvements, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.

Experience
Proven experience in managing heat pump projects or similar renewable energy installations.
Strong technical understanding of air source and/or ground source heat pump systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operational teams.
Familiarity with industry standards, building regulations, and heating policies.
Experience with heat pump design software and CAD tools.

Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing, Heating, or equivalent trade qualification.
