About the Role

As an HGV Driver, you will maintain and clean public areas including streets, channels, footpaths, alleys, subways, and areas around street furniture using supplied equipment. You will perform your duties efficiently to ensure maximum productivity, accurately complete paperwork or electronic forms, and comply with all Health & Safety procedures while wearing appropriate Veolia PPE. You will work independently or as part of a team, reporting any fly tipping, graffiti, fly posting, or damaged/missing litter bins. At the end of each shift, you will ensure the vehicle cab is clean and free of litter and personal effects. You will also report any accidents to your manager and complete all necessary reports before leaving work. Full training will be provided, and you will be working mainly outdoors in all weather conditions.

Experience
- Essential: Class 2 Driving Licence
- Essential: Up-to-date CPC / DIGI card
- Desirable: Local geographical knowledge including experience driving in the area
- Desirable: Experience in waste transport

Reliable and safety-conscious individual committed to delivering excellent service. Able to work independently or as part of a team, with a strong focus on following Health & Safety procedures. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and motivated to contribute positively to the community and environment.
Qualifications
Valid Class 2 Driving Licence and current CPC / DIGI card are required. Full training will be provided to support your role.
