About the Role
Are you interested in housing, sustainability, and improving the way we build homes for the future? Do you enjoy research, data analysis, and creating resources that make a real difference to people’s lives? We’re looking for an enthusiastic intern to help us gather insights and develop tools that enhance our new council homes. This internship will be based at our head office in Cambourne and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful community projects.
You will design and implement a tenant feedback survey for residents in new-build properties to understand their experience and gather valuable data. You will develop a “Welcome to Your New Home” handbook, focusing on how tenants can maximise sustainability features such as air-source heat pumps and mechanical ventilation. Additionally, you will analyse potential savings for tenants from various energy-efficient measures to help inform future design and specification decisions. You will also support ongoing improvements to our new-build specification based on feedback and data insights.

Strong research and analytical skills are essential. Experience in data analysis or survey design is advantageous but not required.
About you
You are creative and able to produce clear, engaging resources for tenants. You have an interest in housing, sustainability, and energy efficiency. You can manage multiple tasks effectively and work collaboratively with different teams. You are proactive and eager to contribute ideas that improve homes and tenant experience.
