About the Role
Are you interested in housing, sustainability, and improving the way we build homes for the future? You will develop a “Welcome to Your New Home” handbook, focusing on how tenants can make the most of sustainability features such as air-source heat pumps and mechanical ventilation. Additionally, you will analyse potential savings for tenants from different energy-efficient measures to help inform future design and specification decisions. You will also support ongoing improvements to our new-build specification based on feedback and data insights.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to contribute to meaningful community impact through public-facing initiatives related to housing, environmental sustainability, and energy efficiency, while gaining insight into local government’s role in improving residents’ lives.
