Net Zero Careers Accelerator supports skilled landscaping roles that contribute to high quality outdoor spaces and regeneration across London.

This Landscaper role focuses on the design, installation, and ongoing maintenance of outdoor spaces. You will work with planting, hard landscaping, and maintenance tasks to ensure landscaped areas are safe, functional, and visually appealing.

Section 106 Eligibility
This role is funded through a Section 106 planning obligation and is only open to applicants who live within the following postcode areas: DA1, DA5, DA6, DA7, DA8, DA14, DA15, DA16, DA17, DA18, SE2, SE28, and SE9.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and maintain landscaped areas
• Plant, mow, trim, and maintain green spaces
• Install hard landscaping features
• Use tools and machinery safely
• Follow plans and work instructions

Essential
• Resident within the following postcode areas: DA1, DA5, DA6, DA7, DA8, DA14, DA15, DA16, DA17, DA18, SE2, SE28, and SE9.
• Relevant horticulture or landscaping qualification
• Valid CSCS card
• Minimum 5 years’ experience

• Pay: £26,000–£36,000 per year depending on experience
• Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Location: South Thamesmead
