About the Role
Join Veolia as an HGV Class 2 Driver/Sweeper and play a vital role in helping the world take better care of its resources. You will be responsible for driving a range of vehicles including 3.5T, 7.5T, and HGV Class 2 where required, collecting recycling and domestic waste at planned locations. The role also involves manual sweeping of streets and other areas such as footways, alleys, subways, and around street furniture. You will utilise onboard technology to record task confirmations and crew-related issues, complete daily vehicle checks, and ensure compliance with all traffic laws and health and safety standards. Experience
- Essential: HGV Class 2 Licence with up-to-date CPC / DIGI card
- Desirable: Previous experience in a similar role or waste industry
