In this role, you will repair and maintain Veolia fleet and 3rd party vehicles/plant to factory and industry standards. You will perform vehicle diagnostics using specialized equipment and conduct hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic repairs. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations and maintaining workplace safety standards is essential. You will complete all required paperwork, timesheets, and operational update sheets accurately and timely.

Your responsibilities include conducting HGV MOT inspections, preparations, and emergency roadside repairs. You will act as the first point of contact for technicians, coordinating work allocation effectively. Managing contractor communications, tire services, and performing 4-point MOT checks will be part of your duties. You will conduct weekly workshop inspections, manage job card processes, ensure proper shift handovers, and maintain technician productivity above 80%. Additionally, you will coordinate holiday schedules, training allocation, and wash operative coverage across all depots.

Experience
- City & Guilds or HGV NVQ Level 3 in vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Good communication skills

Qualifications
- Essential: City & Guilds or HGV NVQ Level 3 vehicle maintenance and repairs
